How much the HTML5 and CSS3 are going to elevate the time and effort used by both designers and developers using their current incarnations?

I don't think it'll be a child's play...there will be browser quirks and support variations at least at the beginning. 我不认为这会是孩子的玩法...至少在开始时会有浏览器怪癖和支持变体。
And if it does become child's play to do what we do now, I am sure we will just take things to the next level and find more complex things to do - push towards new limits :) 而且，如果现在做我们现在做的事情成为孩子的游戏，我相信我们将把事情带到一个新的高度，并找到更复杂的事情要做-推向新的极限:)
