I would like to know if OMA DM features are supported in Android APIs;

So the answer is operators and manufacturers now have some OMA DM clients that are used to push service parameters and firmwares to devices. 所以答案是运营商和制造商现在有一些OMA DM客户端用于将服务参数和固件推送到设备。 But they are not open to external app developers for obvious reasons. 但出于显而易见的原因，他们不向外部应用开发者开放。
