I've been unable to get my Nexus One working as a development phone on Windows XP. 我一直无法让Nexus One在Windows XP上用作开发电话。 I've got the driver (revision 3 for N1 support), I've got it installed according to the official installation guide, and the phone appears in the Device Manager just as the guide says it should. 我已经有了驱动程序（支持N1的修订版3），并且已经根据官方安装指南进行了安装，并且手机按照指南的指示出现在设备管理器中。

Try to update all of your softwares and drivers. 尝试更新所有软件和驱动程序。 Since it has been a long time ,There's a lot of updates both drivers and Android SDK. 由于时间长了，驱动程序和Android SDK都有大量更新。
