I see there are many version of autoconf and automake available in my ubuntu linux.

Go with the latest version. 使用最新版本。 It's only developers who are rebuilding the configure system that need to use autoconf and automake (and thus need to have the newer version installed), which likely just means "you"; 只有正在重建配置系统的开发人员需要使用autoconf和automake （因此需要安装更新的版本），这可能仅仅意味着“你”; it won't affect users who are just building your project using your distributed configure files. 它不会影响仅使用分布式配置文件构建项目的用户。
