I have a game that i have built for facebook in flash, but I have built a wrapper for it in html.

Facebook does not interfere with or forbid normal usage of javascript on canvas pages. Facebook不会干扰或禁止在画布页面上正常使用JavaScript。 So it should be possible. 因此应该有可能。
