I can access certain links from my site with no issue. 我可以从我的网站访问某些链接，而没有任何问题。 However, if I try and manually type in the same URL as the link/button I get a 403 error. 但是，如果我尝试手动输入与链接/按钮相同的URL，则会收到403错误。

Sounds like you're not logged in for the second case. 听起来您没有登录第二种情况。 Ie, you can't logout if you're not logged in. 即，如果您未登录，则无法注销。
