I'm not sure what you mean by having an OSS version of Google app engine, but AppScale is an open source framework for running Google app engine apps. 我不确定拥有OSS版Google应用引擎是什么意思，但AppScale是一个用于运行Google应用引擎应用的开源框架。 You'll have to provide your own cloud, however. 但是，您必须提供自己的云。
