How could i fix this? 我怎么能解决这个问题?

The problem was found here: 这个问题在这里找到:

<section name="uri" type="System.Configuration.UriSection, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089"/>

By deleting that row that error was solved. 通过删除错误已解决的那一行。

This problem appears after upgrade to .NET 4.0, which moves a lot of configuration to machine.config. 升级到.NET 4.0后会出现此问题,这会将大量配置移至machine.config。
