As it seems to me, there's no way to specify the appropriate binding (such as PollingDuplexHttpBinding) for the soap endpoint of the domain service to do so. 在我看来，没有办法为域服务的soap端点指定适当的绑定（例如PollingDuplexHttpBinding）。

No, server push is not available through RIA Services in V1. 不可以，服务器推送不能通过V1中的RIA服务使用。
