When reporting scores to Game Center, if the method -reportScoreWithCompletionHandler encounters an error does that necessarily imply the score was not posted?

If there is a problem with the posting -> you get an error. 如果发布有问题->您会收到错误消息。 If there is no problem -> no error. 如果没有问题->没有错误。 I'm sure it does imply. 我确信它确实暗示着。
