I'm using Windows 7 and getting the following error.

Is this application marked as an application? 该应用程序是否标记为应用程序？

It is likely that this error is due to your application pool running in Integrated mode in IIS 7. 此错误可能是由于您的应用程序池在IIS 7中以集成模式运行 。
Can you check if it is running in Integrated mode. 您可以检查它是否在集成模式下运行。
If so, try converting the application pool to run in classic mode and see if that helps get rid of this error. 如果是这样，请尝试将应用程序池转换为以经典模式运行，然后查看是否有助于摆脱此错误。
