I've been trying to discover if it's possible to create a profile for an iOS device that will prevent the user from installing apps.

Restrictions doesn't work? 限制不起作用？ Settings>General>Restrictions and then set Installing Apps to OFF 设置>常规>限制，然后将安装应用程序设置为关闭
