I've had a quick butchers for an answer for this problem, but I'm in a bit of a rush and couldnt find an applicable one.

IE7 does this with floated elements when the widths are just a little too close for it's comfort. IE7使用浮动元素来做到这一点，因为宽度太小了以至于感觉不太舒服。 I fix it just by setting the width of the offending floater just a few pixels smaller. 我只是通过将问题浮动广告素材的宽度设置为小几个像素来修复它。
