I have create new page with my custom template.

Set your posts permalink to anything other than the default one (from Settings -> Permalinks). 将您的帖子永久链接设置为默认链接以外的任何其他内容（从“设置”->“永久链接”中）。
Create a page named Questions, and then create a page Ask with the Question page as its parent. 创建一个名为“问题”的页面，然后创建一个以“问题”页面为父页面的“询问”页面。
