There should be. 
应该有。 If there wasn't the encryption/decryption wasn't doing anything. 如果没有，加密/解密就什么都不做。 The overhead should, however, be a constant time slight overhead, and should be negligible in larger transactions. 但是，开销应该是恒定时间的轻微开销，并且在较大的事务中应该可以忽略不计。
