I had a problem posted here , and most of the articles online suggested me to remove "Temporary ASP.NET Files" folder located in Microsoft .NET Framework folder.

as said from chat - it seems to me that the Windows 7 and.Net 4 SDK is not installed correctly正如聊天中所说 - 在我看来 Windows 7 和 .Net 4 SDK 安装不正确
