HOST上的Rails URL问题

I have problem on my rails hosts, when i want to show a models. 当我想展示模型时，我的主机出现问题。 i get this error 我得到这个错误

in my localhost i have no error, but in the server that doesn't works. 在我的本地主机，我没有错误，但是在服务器不起作用。 Here is my url. 这是我的网址。

/users/:id

I think its because of the id, but i really dont kno 我认为是因为身份证，但我真的不知道
