i'm looking forward to develop my own applications for android platforms and i'm currently trying to set an emulator on my PC i will use for developing my apps. 我期待着为Android平台开发自己的应用程序，并且目前正在尝试在PC上设置模拟器，以用于开发应用程序。 However, i would like to be able to download all the packages present in the "Available packages" section but i just can't do it at the moment since my download get stuck after few seconds (around 1%). 但是，我希望能够下载“可用软件包”部分中存在的所有软件包，但是由于我的下载在几秒钟后就停滞了（大约1％），因此我暂时无法这样做。 I checked the "force https://" in the settings section but still nothing... 我在设置部分中选中了“强制https：//”，但仍然没有任何内容...

I've noticed that the download server can on occasion get overloaded. 我注意到下载服务器有时可能会过载。 Try downloading one package at a time; 尝试一次下载一个软件包； this will have a better chance of being processed from download to installation than trying to download everything before starting installations. 与在开始安装之前尝试下载所有内容相比，从下载到安装的处理机会更大。

If it still hangs, wait a couple of minutes to give any http connections a chance to time out and then check the error log in Eclipse. 如果仍然挂起，请等待几分钟，以使所有http连接都有超时的机会，然后在Eclipse中检查错误日志。 It may give you a clue of what's going on. 它可以为您提供正在发生的事情的线索。
