You could customize the theme settings in Preferences > Aptana > Themes, eg changing the theme used in the combo box to "Eclipse" would switch the editor background to white. 您可以在Preferences> Aptana> Themes中自定义主题设置，例如，将组合框中使用的主题更改为“Eclipse”会将编辑器背景切换为白色。

You don't go to Preferences/Appearance to change the background color but to Preferences/Aptana Studio/Themes 您不要转到首选项/外观来更改背景颜色，而是转到Preferences / Aptana Studio / Themes
