Curently, Jenkins JIRA is polluting the comments in JIRA page, especially with matrix builds.

Per Jenkins wiki , user has an option to turn updates on and off in Post-build Actions settings. Per Jenkins wiki ，用户可以选择在Post-build Actions设置中打开和关闭更新。
To turn off, make sure that there's no check mark set at "Updated relevant JIRA issues" 要关闭，请确保“更新相关JIRA问题”中没有设置复选标记
