I cannot include the QCA in my project.

So that i'm planning to build in on Mac (Qt4 Creator) and copy back to window for final deployment. 因此，我计划在Mac（Qt4 Creator）上构建并复制回窗口以进行最终部署。

Why not also deply from Mac? 为什么不同时使用Mac？ And if you plan to only create SIS package and sign it then you can do it everywhere - providing that you have all the needed files. 而且，如果您打算仅创建SIS程序包并对其进行签名，则可以在任何地方进行操作-前提是您拥有所有需要的文件。
