just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

Please try to change the country to which you are shipping and billing. 请尝试更改您要运送和付款的国家/地区。 I had the same problem and when I changed it to the correct country, I got it working. 我遇到了同样的问题，当我将其更改为正确的国家/地区后，它就开始工作了。
