Ok I just installed netbeans for php and i'm trying to create a new project for html/javascript but I only see php project there.

I can create a php project and just create html files inside of it, but it makes me define a project path to localhost. 我可以创建一个php项目，并在其中创建html文件，但这使我定义了本地主机的项目路径。 So when I try to run my project, it directs to localhost instead of my project's root folder. 因此，当我尝试运行项目时，它会定向到localhost而不是项目的根文件夹。

It redirects because php requires a server. 它重定向，因为php需要服务器。 If you have plan to make a project for html and javascript alone you can try with some good html editors like dreamweaver or other IDE's. 如果您打算单独制作一个针对html和javascript的项目，则可以尝试使用一些不错的html编辑器，例如dreamweaver或其他IDE。
