I need to insert data from access 2003 table (only some columns) into sql server 2008 table.

If you are not trying to import, rather trying to actually maintain though access, then linked tables is the best approach in my opinion. 如果您不是要导入，而是试图通过访问实际维护，那么链接表是我认为的最佳方法。
