Don't have Express installed but I would assume you can customize it in Tools -> Options -> Keyboard, then search for Edit.CommentSelection (or Edit.UncommentSelection). 没有安装Express，但我认为您可以在工具 - >选项 - >键盘中自定义它，然后搜索Edit.CommentSelection（或Edit.UncommentSelection）。
