I have simple server with EBS on one amazon account.

Well you can't. 好吧，你不能。 That's the short answer. 这是简短的答案。 But what you can do is make an AMI based off that server and share it with the other account. 但是您可以做的是基于该服务器创建AMI，并与其他帐户共享它。
