Realizing it is not possible to fully prevent someone from downloading a streaming video, what is the most secure way I can keep the videos on my user-authenticated site from being downloaded and/or distributed?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! 绝对没有！
Nothing is stopping people from getting a program like Expression Screen Encoder and recording the screen. 没有什么能阻止人们获得诸如Expression Screen Encoder之类的程序并记录屏幕。

PlayReady with either a Silverlight or Windows8 client is probably going to be your best bet Widevine (for Flash) is also getting a lot better over time and worth looking at (AFAIK it's also slightly cheaper). 无论是Silverlight还是Windows8客户端，PlayReady都将是您最好的选择。Widevine（用于Flash）随着时间的推移也将变得越来越好，值得一看（AFAIK稍微便宜一点）。
