In our application we use crystal reports to render the reports.

Some years ago I've had the same problem. 几年前，我遇到了同样的问题。 I tried to load a dummy report on startup, but without much effect. 我尝试在启动时加载虚拟报告，但效果不佳。 It turned out that the crystal components tried to connect a verisign URL which was blocked by the firewall appliance of my customer, so that Crystal waited until this connection timed out. 原来，Crystal组件试图连接一个Verisign URL，该URL被我的客户的防火墙设备阻止了，因此Crystal一直等到此连接超时。

When you design the report, before saving try to uncheck save data with report . 设计报告时，请在保存之前尝试取消选中save data with report 。 Maybe that can increase the speed. 也许可以提高速度。
