I am using Delphi 5.0 and i am getting error 'StrUtils.dcu not found' while compiling my project.

Yes, it is related to the Delphi version - StrUtils was added in D6. 是的，它与Delphi版本有关 - 在D6中添加了StrUtils。 It has also changed between versions since then - newer versions have functions which previous versions do not. 从那时起，版本之间也发生了变化 - 较新的版本具有以前版本不具备的功能。
