I don't see anything in the Ruby bundle that will help me add comments to a large block of code.

It's not Ruby-specific: the same shortcut works for every languages and is found in the "Source" bundle. 它不是特定于Ruby的：相同的快捷方式适用于每种语言，可在“Source”包中找到。
