I can't seem to find these files anymore, not even on google cdn or jQuery's pages.

jQuery UI by default is going to come with all widgets code included but you can customize and download from 默认情况下，jQuery UI将包含所有小部件代码，但您可以自定义和下载

In your case, You need to just deselect all non-core package and select tabs only from widget and click Download. 在您的情况下，您只需取消选择所有非核心软件包并仅从小部件中选择选项卡，然后单击“下载”。
