There is currently no App Engine API to programmatically access the quota informations. 目前没有App Engine API以编程方式访问配额信息。
There was a trusted tester program going on for an upcoming Monitoring API, but as shown on this thread , it is currently on hold. 有一个值得信赖的测试程序正在进行即将推出的Monitoring API，但如该线程所示，它目前处于暂停状态。
