I'm developing a website, which has facebook authentication 3.1.

This will probably be the old third-party-cookies problem again. 这可能又是旧的第三方Cookie问题。 Search for that or similar terms; 搜索那个或类似的词； usually sending a P3P header helps. 通常发送P3P标头会有所帮助。
