I recently launch an iPhone app, with iAd on it.

Please verify that you have properly filled up the Bank and Taxation details and also agreed to Paid application license of the Developer account. 请确认您已正确填写银行和税务详细信息，并且同意开发者帐户的付费应用程序许可。
