Currently I am working on a i18n project where users can switch languages.

The problem happens only in IE8 when: 仅在以下情况下，该问题才会在IE8中发生：
currently user is in a https page.

Have you verified that the character encoding in the page where you are seeing this problem is defined correctly? 您是否已验证在看到此问题的页面中的字符编码定义正确？
