I had a project and everything was working and then for some reasons I had to do a new checkout from the repository and now my IDE is not working.

Src is not a source folder, so your source is not compiled and cannot be run. Src不是源文件夹，因此您的源代码未编译且无法运行。 The hollow J in the icon indicates exactly this. 图标中的空心J表示这一点。
Add src to the build path. 将src添加到构建路径。
