Currently I am working on a project where I need to develop money collector module.

This isn't currently supported under windows phone 7 - the Bluetooth support is limited to just the audio profile. Windows Phone 7当前不支持此功能-蓝牙支持仅限于音频配置文件。

Currently windows phone 7 bluetooth is only supports for handsfree and car audio kit. 当前，Windows Phone 7蓝牙仅支持免提和汽车音频套件。
Might be they will supports in windows phone 8 but not sure so it's better to go for Windows Mobile 6 or 6.5. 他们可能会在Windows Phone 8中支持，但不确定，因此最好使用Windows Mobile 6或6.5。
