I'm trying to create an Open Graph action but whatever action I use Facebook forced me to submit it for approval. 我正在尝试创建“打开图”操作，但是无论我使用Facebook的任何操作都迫使我将其提交以供批准。

What I think Facebook wants is for the instructions to include a Facebook test account, but Facebook only allows admins and developers to use unpublished actions, so this isn't possible. 我认为Facebook想要提供的说明包括一个Facebook测试帐户，但是Facebook只允许管理员和开发人员使用未发布的操作，因此这是不可能的。

In your app settings there is a section called Roles . 在您的应用设置中，有一个称为角色的部分。
This is where you can create (and log in as) test users. 您可以在这里创建（并以测试用户身份登录）。
The Auth Dialog Preview User is probably there already. 身份验证对话框预览用户可能已经存在。
