I know you are supposed to be able to build x64 apps in Delphi XE2...

I am using a paid version, the starter version. 我使用的是付费版本，入门版本。

Read the Feature Matrix . 阅读功能矩阵 。 The 64-bit compiler, OSX compiler, and FireMonkey framework are not available in the Starter edition. Starter版本中没有64位编译器，OSX编译器和FireMonkey框架。
