I moved our site from an old host to a new host.

SP Upgrade (link here ) is another device (although commercial) similar to jUpgrade from 1.5.x to 2.5.x. SP升级（ 此处为链接）是另一种设备（尽管是商业设备），类似于从1.5.x到2.5.x的jUpgrade。
Without either jUpgrade or SPUpgrade I'm afraid you start from scratch - install a blank copy of Joomla 2.5 and manually install all the old components etc. 如果没有jUpgrade或SPUpgrade，恐怕您要从头开始-安装Joomla 2.5的空白副本并手动安装所有旧组件等。
