I'm currently developing a new app.

Yes this is normal, your app does not support the 4" screen size. To make sure that apps do not break apple will run apps that do not support the 4" screen in 3.5" mode. 是的，这是正常现象，您的应用程序不支持4英寸屏幕大小。为确保应用程序不会损坏苹果，将在3.5英寸模式下运行不支持4英寸屏幕的应用程序。
