When I open a site for the first time it is loaded nicely but once it is loaded and I click on any of the links on the page the issue appears.

Internet Explorer 8 does not show loading of a page, it takes me suddenly after several seconds to the clicked page once that page is fully loaded. Internet Explorer 8不显示页面的加载，当页面完全加载后，几秒钟后我突然进入了所单击的页面。 This happens to everyone who opens our site with IE8. 使用IE8打开我们的网站的所有人都会遇到这种情况。

The issue was caused by nivo slider(jquery plugin). 该问题是由nivo滑块（jquery插件）引起的。 Do not know what it was, but I had 2.4 version and when I switched to 3.1 the issue was fixed. 不知道它是什么，但是我有2.4版本，当我切换到3.1时，此问题已解决。
