From the BT specs it looks like complete refers to the number of seeds and incomplete to the number of peers that are downloading. 从BT规范看来， complete是指种子数， incomplete complete是指正在下载的对等体数。
But what does downloaded mean? 但是downloaded意味着什么？ It appears to change everytime I make a new request, just like complete/incomplete 每当我提出新要求时，它似乎都会改变，就像完成/未完成一样
