You have to do hg commit first. 你必须先做hg commit 。

hg stat shows the changes made to the current working repository (since the last commit) and hg out shows the commits made to your repository that will be pushed out on hg push . hg stat显示对当前工作存储库所做的更改（自上次提交以来）， hg out显示对存储库的提交，这些提交将在hg push上推送出去。
