您似乎正在使用默认的WEBrick服务器。 Heroku建议使用“瘦”服务器。 尝试在Gemfile中添加以下内容：

gem 'thin', :group => :production

然后运行捆绑安装，使用Git提交文件，然后再次推送到您的heroku应用。 如果尚未这样做，则需要通过在命令行中尝试以下操作来预编译资产：

RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake assets:precompile
