使用iis浏览home.aspx文件时，系统找不到指定文件？

我写了一个asp.net网站，但是当我在iis中浏览它时，它提示：

 Exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: system can't find specify file。

这是我Aready所做的：

1.Check the connection string,it is aready correct.

2.reconfiguration  the portal in iis.

3.give the portal folder read/write privillege to everyone.  

4.restart the iis

5.Search the error from internet if has any usable suggestion.

PS：昨天我的网站是正确的，可以正常浏览。

w3wp.exe离开了显示表单，并需要可视化2010来调试。

当我使用以下用户名检查w3wp.exe进程时： Default app pool ，是否正常？

为什么IIS从其他位置找到路径？

我的aspx文件位置是：

E:\appserver\service\CucEcaPortal\CSNavigation.aspx.cs

但它只是从

E:\CucEcaPortal\CSNavigation.aspx.cs

只需按照以下步骤操作，您将摆脱此错误：

1.Reset IIS (Start>Run>IIsreset.exe)
2.Clear Cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete Then Click Clear Now)
3.Clear Temporary File(Start>Run>%Temp% Then Enter,and Delete all Files)
4.Recycle your Website In IIs 
5.Stop/Start SQL Servies( Start>Control Panel>Administrative Panel>Services>Sql Server(Sql Express))

并且您一定会摆脱该错误。
