在完全IIS下运行时，LocalDB的两个属性会引起问题：

1. LocalDB需要加载用户配置文件

2. LocalDB实例由一个用户拥有并且是私有的（默认情况下）

最有可能未加载用户配置文件。 如果在IIS下执行LocalDB，请确保为当前用户启用了配置文件加载。

您正在连接字符串中为数据库使用localhost\\SQLEXPRESS如果这是一台服务器，则需要用实时服务器的数据库实例的名称替换它。
