您需要导入名称空间以在XML文本中使用。

在模块的顶部，放：

Imports <xmlns:ns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/packaging/2010/07/nuspec.xsd">

Dim tests = root.<ns:metadata>

    Console.WriteLine(el.<ns:id>.Value)
