我以为该错误可能是某个损坏的jar，然后从本地存储库中删除了以下文件夹：

org->eclipse->jetty
org->mortbay->jetty
org->apache->poi

前两个已下载（从我的工件），而poi尚未下载，但出现上述错误。

将插件放入pom中

然后使用mvn install

尝试通过命令行通过mvn jetty:run

我的麻烦是poi的jar文件损坏。 由于我在模块化项目中工作，因此poi依赖项是从服务模块继承的，因此删除了本地存储库中的poi文件夹并重新安装了服务模块，因此我解决了所有问题
