表单两次发送消息

Question

我正在调整一个自由格式，它可以正常工作，但是它发送了两次电子邮件，并在完成两次之后写了消息。 我试图用“ button”类型的一个输入标签替换表单中的按钮和输入标签，但它兑现了。 还有一个问题是，每次单击都会运行脚本并发送下一条消息，因此，如果我一瞬间单击几次，它将发送大量电子邮件。 我应该在php或js中禁止这样做吗？
